Mini Manchego Cheese Balls

Serves 10   Active Time 10 min.   Total Time 25 min.



8 ounces softened cream cheese 
1 cup shredded Manchego cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 teaspoons honey 
1/4 cup finely chopped bacon 
1 cup toasted pecans, crushed 




  1. Mix cream cheese, Manchego cheese, Worcestershire, lemon zest, honey, and bacon in medium bowl until blended.

  2. Form into 1-inch balls with moistened hands. Place balls on a baking tray, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator.

  3. Remove from refrigerator. Place crushed pecans on a plate and roll balls onto pecans until coated. Serve.
