Game Day Guacamole

Serves 6   Active Time 15 min.   Total Time 15 min.



4 ripe Haas avocados
Juice of 3 limes
8 dashes Hot sauce
1 large garlic clove, minced
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced




  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh into a large bowl.

  2. Add lime juice, hot sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper and toss well.

  3. Mash with a fork, leaving the mixture chunky. Add the tomatoes.

  4. Mix well and serve with your favorite chips.
