Clam Recipes - Stuffed, Chowder and Pasta - Nantucket

Earlier this year my friends Greg and Joy invited me to Nantucket Culinary Center.

 

We made three recipes:

1) Clam Chowder: a traditional New England and an Asian-influenced Congee chowder

2) Stuffed Clams: Asian and traditional New England styles

3) Clam Pasta: with fresh pasta and dried pasta

 

It was so much fun spending the day making clam recipes with Greg. In this video you will see several clam recipes that may inspire you to visit Nantucket.
