Earlier this year my friends Greg and Joy invited me to Nantucket Culinary Center.
We made three recipes:
1) Clam Chowder: a traditional New England and an Asian-influenced Congee chowder
2) Stuffed Clams: Asian and traditional New England styles
3) Clam Pasta: with fresh pasta and dried pasta
